Kickstart

The Government has grants available now to cover 100% of wages and national insurance contributions for well-qualified, pre-screened young workers, for up to 25 hours work a week, plus a £1,500 cash injection into your business for each new person you take on.

Here at Jeeni, we have first-hand experience employing hand-picked talent through the Kickstart Scheme, working with our partners Gradfuel, who are consultants for the Department of Work and Pensions, which is where the grant funding comes from.

We have been blown away by the quality of the applications, all our new recruits have been brilliant and they are a great asset to Team Jeeni. In fact, we’ve been so impressed with the quality of our new applicants and the Gradfuel service, that we’ve applied for another six recruits. So far we have recruited Marketing Executives, Sales Executives, Technical Developers, a Partnership Coordinator, as well as a Human Resource Manager to handle all the new recruits for us.

It’s a great opportunity for you to bring keen young graduates on board for a minimum of six months, and scale up your business. You’ll not only do the right thing by helping new talent, but the cream of the crop could stay with you for years to come. Best of all, there’s no financial risk.

The Kickstart Scheme is your opportunity to bring on young talent, with Government grant funding supporting their training & salary. Available to UK companies, to help growth during the pandemic, with over £8,000 worth of grant money, to support each young person you onboard.
