Aleah Mo is a 19-year-old hip hop dancer, teacher and choreographer at The Movement Initiative dance company based in Portsmouth. She has taught abroad on her own and achieved becoming world champion over the years with her team. Aleah has been dancing since she was 8, competing since she was 10 and teaching since she was 16 - er strongest dance styles are Hip Hop (new school) and R and B / Urban. She taught in Slovakia back in 2018 and 2019 for 2 different summer dance camps and teaches regular classes and rehearsals in her company’s studio. She is also an assistant choreographer to Tega Alex who is Aleah’s mentor, friend and head choreographer / director of the company. In the years of 2017, 2018 and 2019 Aleah became a World Champion in All-Style Battle Crew with her group The Young Lions which consisted of 5 – 7 members from the school. As well as Battle Crew, Aleah’s team (the Young Dream Chasers) won the IDO world championships in 2017 for the Junior Hip Hop Formations. The same happened for her in 2019 when her current team (the Dream Chasers Collective) took a gold medal home for winning the world championships of IDO for Adult Hip Hop Formations. This win took her team many years of dedication and hard work to achieve.

How To Irish Dance with Cairde
Cairde is a group of male Irish dancers who have recently become known for their tiktok videos where they actively post their modern version of Irish dancing to trending music. The group of 7 began posting their content on TikTok during the pandemic in August 2020 and their account has grown to 2.3 million followers with 32.1 million likes. Since this time, Cairde have performed on multiple TV shows including The Late Late Show, Good Morning America and the UK’s This Morning as well as being projected on the big screens in Times Square in New York! The team have recently started their own tutorial series called ‘How To Irish Dance’ on YouTube where they teach you the foundations of the style, break down the basics and help you to grow as an Irish dancer.
Templar - Dance Multi Freestyle
Templar Animated is a hip-hop dancer and break dancer as well as a freestyle teacher. He is based in Portsmouth, Southsea where he holds beginner freestyle sessions for adults over 18 years. He says that his freestyle classes help people to find the rhythm in the music as well as learn moves to create their own unique style. He also taught some online classes over the lockdown period at the start of 2021 which included styles such as popping, breaking, afro and even salsa! Templar has many friends who also dance and they create videos together to showcase their talent. The group locate around Southsea to film their content which can sometimes be choreography, freestyle or just grooving for fun. Before lockdown, he would often compete at battles or spectate and has said he learnt a lot from that experience. Templar took part in the recent Global Bandstand event in Portsmouth and took part in multiple classes where he found other dancers to hopefully collaborate with in the future.
The Gardiner Brothers - Acapella Dance
The Gardiner Brothers are professional Irish dancers, social media personalities and influencers. Michael (born 1995) and Matthew (born 1999) are Irish-American dancers and choreographers who are currently living in Galway Ireland. The brothers have been dancing for almost their entire life and started competing at the age of 5. They competed at local competitions in Denver and between them, they have won over 40 major Irish Dancing championship titles which include world championship titles as well as international solo titles. In their professional careers, the Gardiner Brothers have appeared numerous times on television. Their first major appearance was on The Late Late Toy Show in 2011. They also performed on The Late Late Show with Riverdance, Fusion Fighters and The Kilfenora Ceili Band. Recently in 2020, they appeared on Home and Family, RTE Today Show and RTE Nationwide. On social media, the brothers are well known for their incredible videos where they dance in public around Ireland which reach over 15,000 views each time! At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Michael and Matthew spent their time choreographing and creating videos to enlighten their followers and inspire people to do what makes them happy.
