Formerly of Decca’s platinum-selling classical group All Angels. Daisy came first in the Coffee Music Project singer-songwriter competition with her song ‘London’s on Fire’ and had a successful tour of America. Daisy has been lucky enough to be mentored by rock royalty Sir Ray Davies and featured as a vocalist on Radiohead’s latest album A Moon Shaped Pool. XVIV - Original Music For Brass by Hugh Davies
My original idea was for it to be played on 19 valved brass instruments but it ended up as the following: Piccolo trumpet, Eb Trumpet, 4 Bb trumpets, Flugelhorn, Tenor Horn, Baritone, 2 Euphoniums, 2 Tubas. Most of which were doubled. I think thats 13 parts in all, so close!
