Embers of the Sun, by Ariana May
'Embers of the Sun' from the debut EP 'Perfect for You' by Ariana May.'Embers of the Sun' is a wistful yet strong song about the fading of a relationship. The song shows that beneath this dying flame lies a spark that will always remain. With its upbeat tempo and evocative lyrics, it reflects the inundating power of memory. The EP 'Perfect for You' is a collection of three songs: 'Perfect for You', 'Embers of the Sun' and 'So many things I should have said'. Though each song has a different message, they all possess the same paradoxical moods of poignancy and optimism; inspiring us with courage for the future or comfort in our memories. All the songs revolve around relationships and how each moment in life shapes us and makes us stronger.
Tango On The Edge Of The World (original song)
"Tango on The Edge of The World" is definitely one of the most challenging songs I've composed so far. It's on my new album available at http://www.ThomasZwijsen.com
