The Dream Chasers Collective from The Movement Initiative winning at the International Dance Organisation World Championships in Germany 2019.The Movement Initiative is a home to world champion hip hop teams - Young Dream Chasers and Dream Chasers Collective and are based in Southsea. Award winning Charitable company. The advancement of the art of dance through education, performance and provision of facilities. Encouraging and empowering young people across the south coast.The Movement Initiative have successfully won various dance competitions around Europe and are now World Champions in the International Dance Organisation. The charity is run by Gareth Smith who set up the school to keep children off the streets and make sure they have access to opportunities for dance classes as well as great health benefits. Francessca was born in the UK and has trained in London, New York and LA. She has been teaching hip hop for over 8 years in all three areas and is really passionate about helping people to expand their knowledge in dance and become the best dancer they can be. Her strongest styles of dance are Hip Hop and House which are he go-to styles to choreograph and teach. Francessca has experience in the foundations of Hip Hop and thinks that it is important to pass that experience onto new dancers. She frequently posts on her Instagram short clips of her dancing and rehearsing as well as concept videos of herself and her friends. Over her years of being a dancer, she has achieved choreographing for various music videos, a commercial for Bell outside the Box, battling in Vancouver Street Dance Festival and choreographing pieces for Vancouver International Dance Festival and Main Event.
