Directed by Flamingods' projectionist, Niall Trask, the video takes inspiration from 1970's Children's Television and early Werner Herzog films. Lennox Campbell AKA Manifest Productions is a Song Writer, Composer, Engineer and Composer from South East London. For the last 30 years he has been in the music industry, creating all kinds of genres, mainly a mix of Jazz, Soul, Reggae and Pop. His label, 'Ghetto Born But Raised' currently holds 18 tracks, all of which are available on Jeeni.His influences are what he grew up listening to from the 70's to the early 90's, harboring lyrics on topics that bother him and his friend/singer J Wills. This is mainly the voice of struggle, injustice and corruption. Their groove is a true fusion of life growing up in England.
Flamingods - Taboo Grooves
Filmed on the south coast and directed by Elliot Arndt & Laura Little, the video takes inspiration from an old story surrounding “the most haunted place in the UK” an old building in Devon, now a pub, which contained a staircase that had been a constant source of misfortune.In an attempt to banish the curse, the owners held a pagan burial for the staircase on top of a hill. The pair decided to adapt this mystical story for Flamingods Director Elliot Arndt describes the video; “As soon as I heard the track I had this feeling of a large group of friends & freaks together creating a magical and spiritual scene. Dani Harris vs Toby Stannard IDO Solo Battles
Dani Harris-Walters is a professional dancer, performer, teacher, director, DJ and choreographer in hip hop and contemporary fusion. He is also the creator of Don’t Touch This Battles. Dani is a phenomenal dancer who has competed in a variety of competitions such as the International Dance Organisation World and European Championships and a tv show! At the IDO World Championships Dani battled with a group of friends in Hip Hop called the Three Lions where they competed together and took gold back in Rimini, Italy 2015. As well as international hip hop competitions, Dani was a finalist on the show Got to Dance with his partner Sia back in 2014. He created a battle competition called Can't Touch This Battles a few years back and has travelled all around the UK with it which continues to make it successful.
