Gotta Kick It (Outsider Music) - Giack Bazz
Outsider Music (Gotta Kick It) is Giack Bazz's latest single. Arranged and produced by Deborah Verrascina and Sebastian Papa (The Royalty Instrumentality Project) provides the drums. It's about finding it hard to give up on things. The title hints at the subgenre of misunderstood artists the likes of Daniel Johnston and Don Van Vliet. Giack Bazz is an explosive, relentless multi-instrumentalist songwriter based in London. The artist started igniting stages with his painfully honest lyrics and his screaming telecaster in 2015. He has since released three solo albums that were critically acclaimed (Blowup magazine, Decade, Rumore). Released: 4th March, 2022

Maren Montalbano began her vocal career with the San Francisco Girls Chorus at age seven, and has been singing ever since. A graduate of both New England Conservatory of Music and Tufts University, Ms. Montalbano can be heard in three GRAMMY Award-winning albums: John Adams’ Pulitzer Prize-winning work, On the Transmigration of Souls (2005), and Gavin Bryars’ The Fifth Century (2018), and Lansing McLoskey’s Zealot Canticles (2019), on which she is a featured soloist.

This short, but action-packed sixth track from Profiiit's newest album, 'Alexander' (released 28/02/22, Dead Poet Society) features 'Cool Que' and some aggressively catchy beats. Profiiit is a groundbreaking and restless force in the US underground rap scene. His style cannot be simply defined in terms of genres due to his insatiable need to constantly move and push his sound to new levels, however influences include J. Cole, Kanye West, Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar and the late XXXTENTACION. Something Profiiit has in common with all of these inspirations is a long endeavour for greatness.
