Francessca was born in the UK and has trained in London, New York and LA. She has been teaching hip hop for over 8 years in all three areas and is really passionate about helping people to expand their knowledge in dance and become the best dancer they can be. Her strongest styles of dance are Hip Hop and House which are he go-to styles to choreograph and teach. Francessca has experience in the foundations of Hip Hop and thinks that it is important to pass that experience onto new dancers. She frequently posts on her Instagram short clips of her dancing and rehearsing as well as concept videos of herself and her friends. Over her years of being a dancer, she has achieved choreographing for various music videos, a commercial for Bell outside the Box, battling in Vancouver Street Dance Festival and choreographing pieces for Vancouver International Dance Festival and Main Event.

But every year we gather and recite the same poetry and songs, and I've often wondered about all the Scottish poetry that gets left unread, especially from the female perspective. I wanted to unearth some lesser known poetry so Cradle Songs are settings of the poems I discovered and connected with on my hunt. According to the band, “Chemical Sleep is a look at the effects of addiction, through the eyes of a friend. While the song itself never refers to any particular vices, it can be applied to any and all ways in which we harm ourselves or seek escape. The song explores the attitude and personality changes we have seen in people close to us, from the excuses and lies we make to hide our habits, to the way we push others away when they try to help us.”
