THE PERSISTENCE OF MEMORY is from the brand-new debut EP ‘Alive & Surviving’ from newcomer Pat Spencer, working with producer JoeSach. Emerging out of South East London, upcoming artist Pat Spencer and producer JoeSach have collaborated to create their debut EP, 'Alive & Surviving'.
