'Owe It to Myself' by Lennox Campbell AKA Biggz Manifest‘Owe It to Myself’ is a feel-good tune describing how one owes themselves ‘a real good time’ after a long week at their 9-5 job. This song expresses the significance of making time to reward oneself after working hard throughout and gives the listener motivation to do so. XVIV - Original Music For Brass by Hugh Davies
My original idea was for it to be played on 19 valved brass instruments but it ended up as the following: Piccolo trumpet, Eb Trumpet, 4 Bb trumpets, Flugelhorn, Tenor Horn, Baritone, 2 Euphoniums, 2 Tubas. Most of which were doubled. I think thats 13 parts in all, so close!
