Ebenezer Sendey's winning performance at the Final of the Young Drummer of the Year Event held in the UK. All entrants must be under 16 and send in a video of themselves playing. A shortlist of 40 is decided, then the top 10 are chosen to come and play in front of a panel of professional players and music industry heavyweights. Not only do they perform a solo, an accompaniment to some prerecorded music, and a 'live' piece with 2 other musicians (a piece of music that they only heard the morning of the event); but they are also have an informal chat with the judges about music and themselves. A disease that destroyed me and today I feel very good thanks to God for part of my life to share with you that if there are people with the same situation of a kidney disease and that nowadays they live connected in a dialysis machine They are my support because I also lived it and I know it is hard. So in this opportunity these videos that I do are very significant and I will continue to improve a lot that this is not easy and nothing is easy in this world. That's why the last three videos on the piano are phrases that he always said when going to a hospital because I'm tired of always seeing the same thing and taking daily medications that help me protect the transplanted kidney.
