African Chant - Garrett Jones
All of these takes were done with me holding the microphone like a dynamic junk stage mic... it was late and I didn't think I'd make a whole project but decided to go for it. Definitely rough, a good bit of reverb and effects added on the tracks to beef up the sound, but absolutely no pitch correction at all.
Paradise Eyes - Chemistry Set
Terry Kennedy: Lead Vocals & Chords, Lyrics. Steve Mecca: Bass & all FX & Sequences, Lyrics. This version is from an analog tape recorded on TEAC 4-track and features Henry Ptak playing synth solo and backing chords. In Spring 2025, tape was imported into ProTools and mixed by Terry, mastered at Symphonic.
Woodwind Quintet No.1 (My Original Work, Whole Piece Version)
This piece was written as a contemporary music (the 1st and 3rd movement may be too old-school). Interestingly my composing sequence is ‘1st movement, then 3rd and 2nd’.So you may hear something completely new in the 2nd movement. Also the relationship between 1st and 3rd movement becomes closer.
