Though each song has a different message, they all possess the same paradoxical moods of poignancy and optimism; inspiring us with courage for the future or comfort in our memories. All the songs revolve around relationships and how each moment in life shapes us and makes us stronger.

Feeling a strong connection with the Earth and it's movement through the seasons, Megan's writing depicts the journey through the harsh winter months into the breathe of the Spring, how this parallels with a change that came in Megans own life after feeling she was set free from a period in a difficult relationship.
