This is an original song I wrote from a drummers perspective. I had just bought my new "Pearl Eliminator Demon Direct Drive Pedals", and "Footblaster" Bass Drum Triggers. This is my first studio song I recorded using them. Double Stroke technique from 2:34 -3:14. Recorded at "Boho" Studio's Salt Lake City,Utah by Bruce Kirby. Jared Johnson-Guitars,Bass. XVIV - Original Music For Brass by Hugh Davies
My original idea was for it to be played on 19 valved brass instruments but it ended up as the following: Piccolo trumpet, Eb Trumpet, 4 Bb trumpets, Flugelhorn, Tenor Horn, Baritone, 2 Euphoniums, 2 Tubas. Most of which were doubled. I think thats 13 parts in all, so close!
