All of these takes were done with me holding the microphone like a dynamic junk stage mic... it was late and I didn't think I'd make a whole project but decided to go for it. Definitely rough, a good bit of reverb and effects added on the tracks to beef up the sound, but absolutely no pitch correction at all.

Fantastic original folk/country acoustic style song called Soul Traders Drum by The Day of the Rabblement. Recorded live at the Wine Vaults, Southsea and it features on their debut album 'Night Time Rallies'.The Day of the Rabblement used to create amazing folk and acoustic style music including this song but this particular song has a country feel to it as well! Inside Story, Kate Stewart interviews Daisy Chute. Daisy Chute is a folk songstress and multi-instrumentalist and regular on the London music scene. Formerly of Decca’s platinum-selling classical group All Angels. Daisy came first in the Coffee Music Project singer-songwriter competition with her song ‘London’s on Fire’ and had a successful tour of America. Daisy has been lucky enough to be mentored by rock royalty Sir Ray Davies and featured as a vocalist on Radiohead’s latest album A Moon Shaped Pool. Daisy and her music has been compared to Simon and Garfunkel and Joni Mitchell
